Evolve15 Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Evolve15 and the purchase of its assessments. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Evolve15 is a service of HR Catalisis LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, located at [ADDRESS]. Contact: hola@evolve15.com

2. The service

Evolve15 is an online assessment made up of two Aon questionnaires: ADEPT-15, about how you behave at work, and views, about what motivates you. Completing both takes about 45 minutes and you can take breaks. From your results, our analysis engine builds a personal report:

  • Top 5: your 5 main strengths and your 3 strongest motivators.
  • Top 15: your full profile, with all 15 strengths in order, your six areas and your 18 motivators.

What Evolve15 is not. It is not a psychological or medical diagnosis, it does not replace advice from a professional and it does not guarantee any career outcome. Results describe tendencies based on your answers, compared with a reference group, and may change over time.

3. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Each purchase is for one person, who is the person answering the questionnaires.
  • You must give true information and answer yourself, without help from others.
  • You may not share, resell or transfer your assessment link.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available: Top 5 for R$ 97 / MXN 349 / CLP 18,990 / COP 59,900 / PEN 64, and Top 15 for R$ 147 / MXN 539 / CLP 28,990 / COP 91,900 / PEN 97. In other countries they are charged in US dollars: USD 19 and USD 29. The price in the order summary is the final price.
  • Prices include any taxes we are required to collect. Because HR Catalisis LLC is a foreign company, your bank or card issuer may treat the purchase as international and charge its own fees or taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already paid.

5. Delivery

After payment you will receive an email with the link to the assessment. You have 12 months from purchase to complete it. Once you finish both questionnaires, your results will be available in your account and we will let you know by email.

6. Upgrading from Top 5 to Top 15

If you bought Top 5, you can upgrade to Top 15 by paying the difference shown in your account, in the same currency as your purchase. The report uses your existing assessment results.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

  • You can cancel your purchase and get a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, as long as you have not started the assessment.
  • Once you have started the assessment, the service is considered to be in progress and no refund is due, unless a technical failure on our side prevents you from completing it or receiving your results.
  • To request a refund, write to hola@evolve15.com from the email address used for the purchase. We refund to the original payment method.
  • If you live in Brazil, you can withdraw within 7 days of payment even if you have already started or completed the assessment (article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). In that case, access to your report ends and your results are deleted.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country. If that law gives you a longer period or broader rights, those apply.

8. Your account

You sign in to your account with a link we send to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend an account if we detect fraud, abuse or use that breaches these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The site, report texts, design and the Evolve15 brand belong to us. The ADEPT-15 and views questionnaires are owned by Aon. You may download, keep and share your own report for personal use, but you may not reproduce or commercialise the service's content.

10. Liability

We provide the service with care and diligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal or career decisions you make based on your results, or for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you before they take effect. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You can file a complaint with the courts or the consumer protection agency of your country:

  • Brazil: Procon or consumidor.gov.br
  • Chile: SERNAC
  • Colombia: Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC)
  • Mexico: PROFECO
  • Peru: INDECOPI
