This policy explains which personal data we process when you use Evolve15, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who we are

Evolve15 is a service of HR Catalisis LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, located at [ADDRESS] ("we"). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we process

  • Account data: first name, last name, email address, country and preferred language.
  • Purchase data: product, amount, currency, date and billing country. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Answers and results: your answers to the ADEPT-15 and views questionnaires, the scores calculated by Aon's assessment platform and the profile we build from them.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, where your visit came from (for example, campaign parameters) and security logs.
  • Service records: date and time of purchase, acceptance of the terms, start and completion of the assessment and delivery of the report.
  • Communications: messages you send us.

We do not ask for health data, racial or ethnic origin, religion, political opinions or other sensitive data. The assessment describes work preferences and behavioural styles. It is not a clinical or psychological assessment for diagnostic purposes.

3. What we use your data for

Your results belong to you. We do not share them with employers, recruiters or any other third party unless you choose to share them. Your profile is generated automatically from your answers, only to show it to you. We do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share your data with

If you request a coaching introduction, we collect your first name, last name, country, preferred language and email address and/or phone/WhatsApp number with your explicit consent. Evolve15 handles these details privately to review your request and arrange an introduction. They are shared only with recommended coaches for this purpose, not for marketing. Your assessment answers and results are not included. You can withdraw your request and ask us to delete these details using the privacy contact below. Coaches provide independent services; if you decide to work with one, ask about their own privacy policy.

For operating Evolve15, we use the following service providers, acting on our instructions:

  • Aon Assessment Solutions (Aon plc group): runs the platform where you complete the questionnaires. It receives your name, email, language and answers, and returns the scores to us.
  • Stripe: processes payments.
  • Resend: sends emails.
  • Replit and its database provider: host the site and the data.
  • Google Analytics: measures site usage, only if you accept.

We may also disclose data when a law or a competent authority requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We work with providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as data protection contract clauses, as required by applicable law.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Account and results: while your account is active. If you don't sign in for 36 months, we delete or anonymise your data.
  • Purchase data: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.

If you delete your account, we erase your results and anonymise your personal data. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoicing records.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law of your country, you can:

  • access your data and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • receive your data in a structured format (portability);
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
  • find out who we share your data with.

You can download your data and delete your account from your account page. You can also write to privacy@evolve15.com. We reply within the time limits set by applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the data protection authority in your country:

  • Brazil: Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD)
  • Chile: Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales (Law 21.719, in force from 1 December 2026)
  • Colombia: Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC)
  • Mexico: Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno
  • Peru: Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access limited to those who need it, and single-use, short-lived sign-in links. No system is completely infallible, but we review our measures regularly.

9. Minimum age

Evolve15 is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies so the site works (for example, your session and language) and, only if you accept, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie notice.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect.
