Allow about 45 minutes to explore your work strengths and motivators. You can pause the assessment and continue later by following the platform's instructions.

Answer independently, without another person or an AI tool answering for you. Think about how you usually behave at work and what genuinely motivates you, not how you think you should be. If both options describe you, choose the one that is closer to your usual self.

What device should I use?
We recommend a computer with an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. If you want to use a phone or tablet, check the platform's compatibility instructions.
Do I need to study or practise?
No. Evolve15 explores your work preferences and motivators; you do not need to practise calculations or prepare answers. Read the instructions and answer based on your usual experience.
What if I feel nervous?
It is normal. Choose a quiet moment and remember that you do not need to demonstrate a perfect profile. The report is a starting point for reflecting on how you work, not a diagnosis.
Are there right or wrong answers?
This is not about passing or failing. Answer based on how you usually behave and what motivates you. If both options describe you, choose the closer one rather than the one that seems more desirable.
How long does it take, and can I pause?
Allow about 45 minutes. You can pause the assessment and continue later; follow the platform's instructions for leaving and returning. You do not need to retake it to upgrade from Top 5 to Top 15.
What if my connection fails or I need an accessibility adjustment?
For technical problems, contact Evolve15 support and describe what happened, without sending passwords or answers. Contact us before starting if you need an accessibility adjustment. We will review the available options; we do not promise an automatic restart or a particular adjustment.
