Evolve15

The science behind Evolve15

15 dimensions, each with a strength at both ends: 30 strengths in total. You see where you sit on all 15.

A guide to understanding your reflection

Evolve15 brings together information about strengths and motivators to help you explore how you prefer to work. It is a personal reflection tool—not a measure of your worth or a prediction of what you will achieve.

Where the questionnaires come from

Aon supplies ADEPT-15 and the views questionnaire. Evolve15 provides a strengths-focused interpretation and ranking to guide reflection. That interpretation is not an independent validation of a new instrument.

15 dimensions, with a strength at each end

Each dimension runs from 1 to 9, with 5 as the midpoint and a strength at each end: 30 strengths in total. Either end can be useful depending on the person and context; a higher value is not inherently better. The ranking helps focus reflection—it is not a score.

What motivates you is not what you can do

Motivators describe preferences about goals, relationships, and work environment. They do not describe abilities or indicate how well you can perform.

Interpretation needs context

Comparative interpretation depends on the reference group applicable to the assessment. Evolve15 does not assume a universal group here or claim independent validation.

For self-understanding, not labels

The result does not diagnose, predict success, or support hiring decisions. Use it as a starting point for thinking about your preferences and discussing them.
